Join Chef Al for an evening of fun and food. Learn how to handle and butcher meats and fish in a private butchering class.
Private classes provide an in-depth tutorial with hands-on experience. These classes are perfect for both individuals and small parties. All classes are held at the restaurant in our downstairs kitchen with most lasting approximately 3 hours.
We are a BYOB restaurant and alcohol is allowed during the class. Non-slip shoes and casual attire are recommended.
Classes start between 4:00 – 5:30pm and are scheduled Monday through Thursday evening.

Private class rates are as follows:
1-2 Guests – $125 per person
3-4 Guests – $110 per person
5-6 Guests – $95 per person
7+ Guests – $85 per person
