We will hold group classes monthly. We can do semi-private classes for groups or private hands-on butcher classes for 1 or 2 people. These classes make outstanding venues for small parties!

Come watch Chef Al expertly butcher one of our Ossabaw hogs! Raised in Illinois, these pigs are nothing but the best. The class takes place downstairs of the restaurant, and should last about four hours. In this time, you will get to watch and learn how to butcher a pig perfectly, all while comfortably sipping your drink of choice. Shortly after, you will get to sit down in our dining room and enjoy burgers and fries. You will also get to take pieces of the hog home. This class maxes out at 15 participants, so call to get signed up today.
