We will hold group classes monthly. We can do semi-private classes for groups or private hands-on butcher classes for 1 or 2 people. These classes make outstanding venues for small parties!

Deconstructed Thanksgiving Turkey Class – November 26 – $125 per person (plus the cost of your turkey)
Get your turkey ready for Thanksgiving day! Join Chef Al for an exclusive hands-on class that will provide you with all the fixin’s and prep work necessary to have the most delicious turkey of all. To join the class, you must pre-order your all natural heritage breed turkey by October 7th. This class and gift package includes approximately two hours of informative class time, one classic Butcher & The Burger cooler to take home your meat and marinade in (retail value: $85), take-home ingredients necessary to make turkey stock and braise the turkey legs. Hog Butchery Class – January 9th- 85$ per person
We will be butchering a locally-raised hog this fine evening at Butcher & The Burger. Come watch Chef Al skillfully butcher a classic animal, and perhaps even get your hands a little dirty! These hogs are rare and will be a treat to eat. At the end of class, take home your own cuts of the hog to roast your way at home. Dinner included, class begins at 6:30PM and runs approximately two hours long.
Mixed Bag – January 23rd- 85$ per person
Join Chef Al for an enlightening class featuring seafood, poultry, and beef. Learn to skillfully fillet a fish, prepare beef tenderloin, and prepare a duck for cooking. By the end of the night, you will be a fine meats artisan, knowledgeable in the arts of preparing and cooking. Class will last about two hours, complete with a meal afterwards. The class is BYOB and begins at 6:30PM.
Hog Butchery Class – February 6th – 85$ per person
Come enjoy Chef Al’s signature hog butchery class. February can be a cold month, so come warm up with some fine meats over the open flame! Similar to the January 9th class, you will learn to cure and prep a hog for your dining pleasure. Dinner is included, the class is BYOB, so be prepared to have a great time! Class starts at 6:30PM sharp!
