Butcher & The Burger Classes
All classes include a full meal and are BYOB. Please wear non-slip shoes.
We will hold group classes monthly. We can do semi-private classes for groups or private hands-on butcher classes for 1 or 2 people ($110 per person). These classes make outstanding venues for small parties!

Hog Butchering Classes – 85$ per person
Come enjoy Chef Al’s signature hog butchery class. You will learn to cure and prep a hog for your dining pleasure. Classes are as hands-on as the waiver you sign allows you to be. Dinner is included, the class is BYOB, so be prepared to have a great time! Class starts at 6:30PM sharp and lasts about 3 hours.

Surf & Turf Class – 85$ per person
Ever wanted to know the butcher’s secret to preparing the perfect salmon fillet? Wondering how sausage is really made? Perhaps you’re more of the beef tenderloin aficionado, either way, this class is the one for you. The class will start at 6:30PM and last approximately three hours. Bring your own drinks and have a good time! Meal included.

Sausage Making Class – 85$ per person
Learn how to make a variety of sausages in this class. You will be grinding and casing your own sausages to take home. Past classes have made beef, pork, veal, and turkey sausages. Class lasts three hours and includes a meal. BYOB.
